| Making A Purchase Making a contract with usWhen you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. | Returns Policy Neue Schule makes every effort to supply quality products to our customers. We ask you to please read the following information. Should you find any of our products to be unsuitable or faulty, you can return them within fourteen days of receiving them and we will make a full refund. You are under a duty to restore goods to us, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. This includes not damaging any sealed packaging (unless the item is found to be faulty when opened). This also includes neglect and/or damage caused by improper fitting or use of any items. Once the order has been returned we will credit your card as soon as possible (usually within a maximum of 30 days). We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier delivery consignment note number and then inform us within 7 days of the delivery date. You must check your delivery at the time of delivery to see if they are the correct amount of packages which you have ordered, any shortages must be noted on the delivery consignment note and you must inform us within 7 days from the delivery date. You must inform us within 7 days of the delivery date if you have received the wrong goods. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date. If the goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
