Very gently curved forward facing mouthpiece. Generally considered to be the mildest mouthpiece of all of the pelhams it offers very even pressure across the tongue allowing some room with the gentle forward curvature and is also very kind over the bars. This is slimmer than the average mullen mouth measuring 14mm designed specifically to take up less room in the mouth for a horse that is tight on mouth space however, it is still thick enough to offer a gentle weight bearing surface.
